Frostbite Feeders packs frozen orders from Northeast Indiana with insulated packaging and dry ice for the delivery lane.

Frozen shipping is charged by box, not by item. Checkout estimates one $37.95 frozen shipping box for every 20 lb of feeders in your order.

Every frozen box is packed in an insulated box with dry ice for the delivery lane. Destination, weather, product mix, and dry ice needs may affect how we pack the box, but the checkout estimate is based on feeder weight.

If checkout estimates more frozen boxes than we safely need at packing, we issue the unused box charge back as Frostbite account credit.

Dry Ice and Frozen Arrival

Dry ice naturally evaporates during transit and may be fully gone when your order arrives. That is normal. The success standard is frozen feeders, not leftover dry ice.

If feeders arrive thawed, soft, leaking, damaged, or unsafe to use, email support@frostbitefeeders.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and box condition.

Shipping Days

Frozen orders ship Monday and Tuesday. We use 2-day ground for most shipments and schedule frozen boxes early in the week so they do not sit over a weekend.

We do not intentionally ship frozen boxes into a weekend hold.

Small Orders and Box Credit

Small orders are welcome, but every frozen order still requires the same insulated dry-ice box.

If checkout estimates more frozen boxes than we safely need at packing, we issue the unused box charge back as Frostbite account credit.
