Frozen shipping — what to expect

Free frozen shipping without a discount code: Zones A–C $99+, Zone D $147+, Zone E $177+, counted after AutoShip savings. Paid shipping: Zone A $29.95 for one box, Zones B/C $37.95 for one box, and $59.90 total shipping for all two to eight boxes in Zones A–C. Zone D $59.95 for one box or $89.95 total shipping for all two to eight boxes. Zone E $94.95 per box. Each box holds about 25 lb of feeders.

Dry ice may be gone when your box arrives. That's normal if your feeders are still frozen.

Frozen orders ship Monday and Tuesday. We use 2–3 day ground for most shipments and schedule frozen boxes early in the week so they do not sit over a weekend.

We do not intentionally ship frozen boxes into a weekend hold.

If the shipping charge for the boxes we pack is lower than what you paid, we credit the difference to your Frostbite account.
