FROSTBITE FEEDERS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Frostbite Feeders (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. PRODUCT USE AND DISCLAIMER

All products are sold strictly as frozen feeder animals for reptile and exotic animal consumption.

  • Restrictions: Not for human consumption, not to be kept as pets, and not for laboratory use.

  • Responsibility: The customer assumes full responsibility for proper storage, safe thawing, appropriate feeding practices, and compliance with local/federal regulations.

  • Liability: Frostbite Feeders is not responsible for improper handling or misuse.

3. PERISHABLE GOODS POLICY

Due to the nature of frozen products:

  • All sales are final. No returns are accepted.

  • Shipping: Frozen orders ship Monday and Tuesday. We use 2-day ground for most shipments and schedule frozen boxes early in the week so they do not sit over a weekend. We do not intentionally ship frozen boxes into a weekend hold. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once delivered.

  • Reception: You must be available for the first delivery attempt. We are not responsible for thawing due to delayed retrieval.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND CLAIMS

  • Claims Window: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Photo proof of the product and packaging is mandatory.

  • Remedy: We reserve the sole discretion to offer a replacement, store credit, or no remedy.

5. WEATHER AND CARRIER DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, mechanical failures, or "Acts of God." We reserve the right to delay shipments to protect product integrity during extreme weather.

6. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (If Applicable)

  • Subscriptions renew automatically.

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 3 days before billing.

  • Failed payments may lead to retry attempts or cancellation.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing or cancel orders due to fraud, errors, or availability issues.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frostbite Feeders is not liable for indirect damages, including:

  • Loss of animals or veterinary expenses.

  • Loss of profits or business interruption.

  • Total Liability: Limited to the amount paid for the specific product.

9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing, you acknowledge the biological risks of animal feeding and handling. We are not responsible for the health outcomes of your animals.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (logos, images, text, designs) is the exclusive property of Frostbite Feeders and cannot be used without permission.

11. USER CONDUCT

Users may not use the site for unlawful purposes, interfere with security, or submit fraudulent orders.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be resolved in Indiana courts.
