Frozen orders ship Monday and Tuesday. We use 2-day ground for most shipments and schedule frozen boxes early in the week so they do not sit over a weekend.

We do not intentionally ship frozen boxes into a weekend hold.

Every frozen box ships insulated with dry ice. Dry ice may be fully gone when your box arrives; that is normal if your feeders are still frozen.

Your tracking number will show on your thank you page when your order is placed. A link to that page will also be emailed to you along with your receipt so you can return to track the package at any time.
