Frozen orders ship Monday and Tuesday. Order by Sunday at 11:00 PM Eastern and your order ships that Monday or Tuesday; orders placed after that ship the following Monday or Tuesday. We use 2–3 day ground for most shipments and schedule frozen boxes early in the week so they do not sit over a weekend.

We do not intentionally ship frozen boxes into a weekend hold.

Every frozen box ships insulated with dry ice. Dry ice may be fully gone when your box arrives; that is normal if your feeders are still frozen.

Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status any time from the link in your confirmation email.

Frozen feeders can’t be returned or resold once they ship, so all sales are final. If your order arrives thawed or compromised, or has the wrong or missing items, email support@frostbitefeeders.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the contents, the packaging and the shipping label. Approved claims get a replacement shipment, store credit or a refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Match the weight your snake eats now, using our gram chart. A common keeper guideline is a meal of about 10–15% of a growing snake's body weight. When in doubt, size down. See the size chart.

Every size has a published gram range, so you know what you're getting. In-between sizes like Pup and Weaned close the gaps that keepers usually can't find. See the size chart.

Boxes ship Monday or Tuesday with dry ice, by 2–3 day ground, so they don't sit over a weekend. The dry ice may be gone when the box arrives. That's normal as long as the feeders are still frozen.

Email support@frostbitefeeders.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the feeders, packaging, label and box. Approved claims get a replacement, store credit or a refund.

Thaw at room temperature, right beside your snake's enclosure, until the feeder is soft all the way through. Then offer it with tongs. Never microwave a feeder. See How to Thaw Frozen Mice and Rats.

Don't refreeze a feeder once it has thawed. Thaw only what you'll feed that day.

Keep them sealed in the freezer until feeding day. Vacuum sealing helps prevent freezer burn.
