Why we did it
We breed, raise and freeze every rat and mouse ourselves, right here in the USA. We want more keepers feeding the best on the market, and shipping shouldn't be what stops them.

For 2–8 boxes, Zones A–D have one total shipping charge, not a charge for each box. Zone E is charged per box.
On AutoShip?
Your 5% AutoShip savings can be used with free shipping. Your order qualifies at $99 in Zones A–C, $147 in Zone D, or $177 in Zone E, after AutoShip savings. Discount codes cannot be combined with free shipping.

How much fits in a box?
Each insulated box holds about 25 lb of feeders. Qualifying orders ship free whether they need one box or up to eight.
When we ship
Packed frozen in Northeast Indiana. Ships Monday and Tuesday, 2–3 day ground, so your box doesn't sit over a weekend.
Fair-box credit
If the shipping charge for the boxes we pack is lower than what you paid, we credit the difference to your Frostbite account.
Something wrong?
Email support@frostbitefeeders.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the feeders, packaging, label and box.
Questions
When do I need to order to ship Monday or Tuesday?
Order by Sunday at 11:00 PM Eastern and your order ships that Monday or Tuesday. We ship on one of those two days so a carrier delay never leaves your box sitting out over a weekend with the dry ice running down. Orders placed after Sunday 11:00 PM Eastern ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
Dry ice gone when it arrives?
That's normal. It did its job if your feeders are still frozen.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
We don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

When does my state get free shipping?
Zones A–C qualify at $99+, Zone D (Arizona, New Mexico and Utah) at $147+, and Zone E (California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada and Idaho) at $177+. Your 5% AutoShip savings can be used with free shipping; the minimum is counted after those savings. Discount codes cannot be combined with free shipping.
