Frostbite Feeders — Shipping & Sales Tax Policy Shipping Policy Because Frostbite Feeders products are perishable frozen goods, we operate under strict cold-chain shipping standards to ensure your order arrives frozen and ready for use. Our packaging and shipping process is designed to protect product quality from the moment it leaves our facility until it reaches your door. Shipping Days & Cut-Off Times Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on eligible shipping days will ship during the same week. Frozen orders ship Monday and Tuesday. We use 2-day ground for most shipments and schedule frozen boxes early in the week so they do not sit over a weekend. We do not intentionally ship frozen boxes into a weekend hold. Shipping Methods Orders ship using ground or expedited carrier services depending on destination and the option selected at checkout. Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships. Shipping Rates Standard shipping is a flat rate based on the number of boxes your order requires: $37.95 (1 box), $75.90 (2 boxes), $113.85 (3 boxes), $151.80 (4 boxes). Frozen shipping is charged by box, not by item. Checkout estimates one $37.95 frozen shipping box for every 25 lb of feeders in your order. Every frozen box is packed in an insulated box with dry ice for the delivery lane. Destination, weather, product mix, and dry ice needs may affect how we pack the box, but the checkout estimate is based on feeder weight. If checkout estimates more frozen boxes than we safely need at packing, we issue the unused box charge back as Frostbite account credit. Your exact rate is displayed before checkout — no surprises. Expedited options, where offered, are priced at carrier cost. Packaging & Cold-Chain Protection Every Frostbite Feeders shipment is sealed in protective wrap, packed in branded freezer bags, insulated in temperature-controlled liners with a calculated amount of dry ice, and shipped in protective outer cartons designed to maintain frozen temperatures during transit. Frozen Arrival Guarantee We guarantee that orders will arrive frozen under normal shipping conditions. If a shipment arrives thawed or compromised, customers must email support@frostbitefeeders.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the contents, packaging, and shipping label along with the order number. Approved claims may receive a replacement shipment, store credit, or refund at Frostbite Feeders’ discretion. Delivery Responsibility Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information, being available to receive the shipment on delivery day, retrieving the package promptly, and placing contents into a freezer immediately upon arrival. Frostbite Feeders is not responsible for damage caused by delayed retrieval, incorrect shipping addresses, or refused deliveries.

Sales Tax Policy Frostbite Feeders collects sales tax where required by state and local regulations. Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable tax laws.
