How shipping works

Flat $37.95 per box. Each insulated box holds ~25 lb of feeders and ships at one flat rate. Bigger orders split into more boxes automatically — you'll see the total before checkout.

Dry ice is supposed to disappear. It keeps your feeders frozen in transit and evaporates as it does its job. Gone on arrival but feeders still solid? That's the win. Frozen feeders are the standard — not leftover dry ice.

We ship Monday–Tuesday, 2-day ground. Frozen boxes leave early in the week so they never sit over a weekend.

Every frozen order needs the same insulated box, so small and large orders share the flat rate. Fill the box and the math swings your way.

Fair-box credit: if we pack fewer boxes than checkout estimated, the difference comes back as Frostbite account credit.

Pup Feeder Rats — 20–30g

Pup feeder rats should be clean, consistent, and properly sized for growing reptiles moving beyond fuzzies. Every Frostbite pup rat is gram-sorted, CO2-euthanized, flash-frozen, and vacuum-sealed for reliable feeding with less mess and less guesswork.

These are ideal for keepers feeding growing ball pythons, juvenile boas, gopher snakes, and other reptiles that need frozen pup feeder rats in the 20–30g range — not an oversized fuzzy, not an undersized wean.

Every order is packed from our Indiana facility using USA-bred feeders and cold-chain handling standards built for serious reptile keepers.

Why keepers choose Frostbite:

  • Gram-sorted 20–30g sizing
  • USA-bred feeders
  • Vacuum-sealed for freezer protection
  • Flash-frozen for freshness
  • No imports, no bulk rebrand, no mystery bags
  • Available in 12, 24, and 48 count packs

Feeding note: Always choose prey based on your animal's body size and feeding history. When in doubt, size down rather than up.
